MPMS default configurations

• Scroll pump (Agilent SH100 –> SH110) 교체 후 He 소모량이 하루에 1% 정도로 급증하여 연결작업을 다시 진행.

• He filling 과정에 문제가 생길경우 다음과 같은 에러가 뜨면서 He filling 과정이 중단된다. (auto level control이 자동으로 중단된다.)
• He 실린더를 교체하고 auto level control을 다시 작동시킨다.
• Auto level control이 켜져있을때만 new fill이 작동한다.

• “Servo Status: Error reported for last command” 에러 발생되면서 RSO sample transport 작동 불능.

• 이전 RSO transport는 모터가 움직일때 긁는 소음이 발생했음.
• Spare Part로 전체 assembly를 교체 (정상작동: 모터 작동시 소음 없음)
• fixed by JYH

• Squid amplifier의 reset red 가 꺼짐 (초기화 되었을때는 red led가 꺼져있어야 정상임)
• Squid tuning 후에 테스트 결과 정상 작동함. (calibrat 파일에 parameter가 기록됨)
• 제어용 컴퓨터 32-bit Windows 7 PC로 교체 (64-bit Windows 10에서도 작동에 이상은 없었음)
• System is now working fine.

• controller 전원부 교체 (이전 board에 있던 카드는 모두 이동시킴); 전원부 전원불안정으로 인한 controller 오작동으로 추정됨.
• Power-One –> Bel Power Solutions로 회사명이 변경됨
• HCAA-60W-A(G) 제품은 같은 규격으로 계속 생상되는 것으로 확인됨.

==== # Evercool system & He compressor overhaul (replacements of parts, 2023-01-30)

• He compressor leak 잡음.
• evercool은 큰 이상없음. 부품교환
• performed by R&D ware

• He Level: 59 → 62 % (2022-09-06); short black-out due to the storm '힌남노'
• Compressor pressure gauge (Low pressure) got back to normal.

• 2nd He charge to ~2.45 MPa (2022.10.07); need to check intermediate pressure level during charge.
• 1st He charge to Sumitomo F-50 compressor over 2.1 MPa (2022.06.28)
• He 충전시 regulator의 적정압력: 1.60 - 1.65 MPa at 20 deg.C (68 deg.F) (232 - 239 psig)

• compressor 전원을 끄면 pressure gauge에 표시되는 압력이 크게 변하므로(감소) 충전시에 변화량을 감안하여 충전.
• compressor가 작동하고 있을때 표시되는 압력과 compressor가 멈추었을때의 압력은 작동환경에 따라 크게 변화할 수 있음.
